Production Process
- Film blowing: The first step is to melt and plasticize plastic particles in an extruder. And then put them into a tubular mold to generate a tubular mold base. The tubular film is blown to the required thickness by high pressure air, cooled and shaped to form a film.
- Printing: The printing process is to soak the printing plate in the ink tank through the gravure printing machine. And then remove the ink from the non-engraved part by the scraper. Last transfer the ink to the printing substrate under the action of the embossing rubber roller.
- Coating: We can make glue according to the specification and applicable field of PE protective film. Then use a professional glue applicator to spread the glue evenly on the substrate.
- Cutting: Slitting is to cut the film roll into the specified size according to the customer’s requirements.
- Packaging: Packaging is the final step, packing the inspected finished product into a specific box.
